As a former Alaskan and a person in the real estate industry, I returned back for a week to search for property. After an exhaustive search of over a dozen listings my wife and I found a lot we were very interested in and i specifically stated that I would like to tie the property up with a contract before returning home. The last day before my Red eye out on July 2, suddenly all communication ceased from the Agent/Licensee and they had no further contact with me over the next 4 days. I just found out the property went under contract today. Do not use this firm as they'll leave YOU hanging 3 sheets to the wind!

I've had a good experience. My partner and I were homeless from a hate crime but we have great jobs and credit and the realtor found us a place ASAP. Been renting here for years. They notify of any changes or maintenance and have been quick to fix any issues when we point them out. Noise complaints and other issues get dealt with. I feel this place has our best interest at heart. The unit itself is very old but reasonably priced and issues get dealt with. Hope to continue to rent with signature real estate in the future when we move into a new place.

They are manager of my senior, disabled, low income apartments. Since taking over in August, they have tried to collect false late charges on an automatic rent payment, which was removedafter my complaint, they have continued to refuse offering a new lease (I've been a resident 6 years), then they tried to say they served notice of Landlord Liability insurance fees (didn't), tried charging the fee twice in one month PLUS a late fee because I didn't pay it (50.00). It took an email, 3 phone messages, and several texts threatening legal action before it was removedfrommy account. This company is concerned with making money, not about following tenant Landlord laws. If you rent here, be aware that you will need to closely monitor your account with them for false charges!

The property that we rented in Big Lake was nice, but sadly came with many issues. The washer was filthy, and absolutely couldn't get it clean. The wall in the hall bathroom had water damage. The air filter was filthy on move in, and was making a horrible noise. The wind storm in January broke a window in the kids room, and as of our move out in June still had not been replaced. I can tell you that raised up the heating bill something fierce during winter. Oh, and they couldn't be bothered to board it or plastic it in any way. We bought, and had their handy man install ceiling fans, because apparently it doesn't get hot here in Alaska. We installed all brand new, pricey curtain rods as they were just blank windows without even shades. We painted the 3 main doors, because every door was a non painted factory preset door. The gardener ran over 2 of our hoses even when they were rolled up, and I can tell you we paid for that too. The fridge was replaced like 5 times, because the second hand rebuilt ones they kept installing would break. Our 7 year old is allergic to almost everything so we buy all our food fresh, and we lost over $1,000 in food per occurrence throughout the process. Only to be told of course they could only give us a $30 credit on our rent, which of course they didn't. I could go on, and on about the lack of caring or empathy towards their tenants which makes me seriously question if anyone should rent through the company. Just remember to take PHOTOS of your move in walk through, and keep them somewhere safe. You're gonna need them I'm sure.

Awful company! We are relocating to Alaska after my husband was offered a very lucrative job offer. We attempted to contact this company on multiple occasions for listed rental properties and kept being redirected by the receptionist to different people. After leaving multiple voicemails and text messages to multiple people without any responses, we called the main number again and this time were given the owner/managers number. After multiple calls, voicemails, texts there have still been no answer. Do yourself a favor and deal with a professional company instead of this one!
"Numerous messages means TO RESPOND TO THE CLIENT!!!!!!!!!!! Especially when they've been trying to SPEAK to someone for a MONTH. You need to go to business school.
Go ahead and REFUND MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!! LEAVING AN HONEST REVIEW IS THE ONLY WAY TO HEAR BACK FROM THIS PLACE! Also, "Maddie" in the reviews is an employee of the company- the owner literally has employees leave reviews to try to make them look better. HAHAHAHAHAHA
If owners of properties read these reviews, please know that this company does not take the time to help people rent your property. When that happens, you miss out on income. Go with a different company.
