Moved here in 2021 and it’s really been the nicest most affordable place in canyon country. All the neighbors are respectful and the families that have been living here for a while are very welcoming. The leasing office staff is always super helpful and attentive. Maintenance request are done online and the turnaround times to get something fixed is always reasonable. The property his always kept clean and is pet friendly. They have a nice community pool and a new updated gym. So if your looking for a nice friendly affordable place to live I recommend Sierra Canyon.

The very professionally run & lovely Sierra Canyon Apartments has been my home for over 12 years and it is by far the best place I have ever lived. My one bedroom apartment is very spacious & well maintained. I know that if I ever have a concern or question the Manger Valerie Aguilar is very knowledgeable & understanding. Her extremely capable Assistant Manager Valerie Romero is fantastic as is the Leasing Agent Irlanda. The entire Sierra Canyon Apartments team is consistently cheerful & very helpful. They are very much appreciated. I would highly recommend considering living at Sierra Canyon apartment wonderfully located in Canyon Country, CA.

We’ve been living here a little over 3 years now and it is a very nice place to live. The units are very nice and clean maintenance is always very very nice and have no troubles trying to help solve an issue. The pool area is very nice and clean, plenty of fun for kids. The staff is very helpful Valerie Romero the assistant manager is always pleasant to talk to and ready to sit down with you to go over any concerns you might have. Over all a very easy and nice place to live.

The community is very dog friendly, the neighbors look out for one another, and the management team are quick to resolve any issue that arises. Valerie Romero, our assistant property manager goes above and beyond to help residents. If you are considering moving here, don’t let old negative reviews sway the wrong way. I’ve been living here at Sierra Canyon just shy of four months now. I first met with Irlanda from the leasing office who gave me a tour of the property, as well as the model unit. (Bonus points for that, “thank you” email sent my way just for stopping by!!) Throughout the application process, to the signing of my lease, the ladies in the leasing office kept me informed every step of the way. Upon moving in, I have taken a number of questions to the the front office and they haven’t hesitated to stop what they’re doing to help me out. Really an open door feel, which makes living here extra comfortable. Thank you Valerie A, Valerie R, and Irlanda for going that extra mile!!

To date, I’ve I had two (minor) maintenance requests. They were met with same day urgency. I was so impressed with the timely manner in which they were addressed- not to mention, that the work was thorough and efficient.

The grounds are well kept and manicured on a daily basis.

The residents here are friendly. It’s a good mix of families, college students, young professionals, to retirement age individuals-which gives it a real neighborhood type feel.

These apartments are centrally located (walking distance) to just about everything one would need, which I have found incredibly convenient.

There is a well equipped gym, a bike path that has a south entrance from the complex, and a pool.

I love it here and I’d recommend living at Sierra Canyon to all!

I have lived here since March of 2016 and yes all the reviews are accurate about people hanging out smoking and drinking until midnight. The shootings, the trash and poop everywhere. The parking issues, the management BUT I must say there has been so much improvement with everything except the pool and the restroom. There has been lots of remodeling and changes with the maintenance of the landscaping and the parking issues. I don't see any more people hanging out being careless at midnight. There are lots of children playing outside during the day which is great because we need to keep our children active and away from devices. I have started to love where I live and I am planning to stay until I become a Home Owner. I appreciate all the respectful maintenance team for their prompt attention when I need their service and for their professional ethics. Jody was the best! I miss her! Rita is very reasonable and respectable. I look forward to more improvements in this Building and will keep doing my part as well.

This Is a very good place to live, the apartment are big , comfortable and very clean, the complex is a good area you have a lot stores around that you don't need to use your car to go shopping since there close the stuff are very nice special. the manager Valerie Aguilar when we need something on the apartment she always help, I love this apartment they are the best

The parking spots are so small to the point where one person has to drive the car out of the spot in order for the rest of the passengers to get in. Can't invite any visitors because there is never any visitor parking available! The washers and dryers break down all the time. Some people at the management office are not friendly, professional or courteous. The first night at our apartment, I got up in the middle of the night to get a drink of water, turned on the kitchen light and saw a ton of roaches! Immediately disgusted and in disbelief. Thankfully, I'm extremely clean and keep all opened food in ziploc bags so I haven't seen many since. We won't be renewing our lease and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
