As a senior, our mother couldn’t be happier with the experience she received at Shoal Creek Manor Apartments. The rooms are spacious, secure units, and friendly atmosphere. Management made the move-in process smooth. Our mother was warmly welcomed by friendly neighbors and the community is thriving here plus the location near shopping and amenities is unbeatable!
The decision was easy to choose Shoal Creek Manor because management fulfilled our every need. I cannot say enough about the management staff. They definitely go above and beyond to enhance the senior experience!

If you’re looking for a nice place to house your love one, DO NOT STOP HERE‼️ I have a very close friend who lives here and while visiting, I heard rats scurrying in the walls/ceiling! While speaking to other guest there, I was just in disbelief of the disgusting reviews they shared; the grounds not kept, the hallways not swept/mopped, the room where trash is kept is infested with rats, and the most disheartening part was MANAGEMENT HAS DONE NOTHING ABOUT IT‼️ They have voiced their concerns for MONTHS and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE! DO NOT THINK ABOUT MAKING THIS NASTY, FILTHY PLACE A HOME FOR ANYONE!

NOT VERY FAVORABLE. HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY AIR, MY HEAT, AND A CEILING LIGHT FIXTURE. ALL OF THESE ITEMS SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OFF BEFORE I MOVED IN.

Rats and roaches infestation. You can literally hear rats in the walls! You can hear them late at night and residents are afraid they’re going to get through the walls. The front office has been told and maintenance knows still hasn’t taken care of it. Rats are known to be at the dumpsters inside the building. Not a good place for your love ones to live.

Excellent Management! So helpful and personable, made the process easy and ensured we understood the steps that would follow prior to our leaving that day, the online website was perfect for setting up payments!
