if I can give him 0 star I would. He is shady, dishonest and unprofessional. On Wednesday morning I found a cash only property on Belle St. San Bernardino. I called the office number and left a message for Robin with my name and property address. By the end of the day and before 5PM I didn't get a call back so I called the office again. But the office was already closed. The following morning on Thursday I called the office and finally got a hold of someone. I told her that I'm interested in the property and I didn't get a call back. I asked to work with someone else but she said that Robin is the Broker and it's only him and his son Johnathan. She advised me to email him because he likes emails better. So I did. Again I get no call back. Then I sent him a message on Google Hang out, he finally responded few hours later. When I finally spoke with him he was rude and arrogant. I asked if the home was available and in what condition. He said that the house is available and in good condition and he would buy it himself if he had the money. Shidler and I agreed that he would call me the following day to show me the property. Friday all day I had to make myself available waiting for this call that never came. I called Robin but had no luck. Then I emailed him asking what happened and he finally responds in an email Saturday morning to tell me that they have accepted an offer and the property is no longer available. Today is Sunday and the property is on a backup offer status that he never made available to me.
Seller and buyers be careful working with these shady broker.

The staff including Izel, Christina and Lisa are hard working and keep an open dialog with leaser and leasee, I have worked with them for many years.....no complaints. During an eviction they proved to be fantastic I couldn't have done it without them.

As a real estate agent and as someone that understands property management AND as someone that knows about renting and equal housing opportunity, these people do not follow the rules. I was also directly lied to by whomever answered the phone about their advertising policies. I would never advise any client to have this company manage their rental property.

This person is so dishonest. He charged my niece a deposit that was outrageous, that was In May. It is now the end of June and he has not returned the money. He is a BS person, very dishonest. He makes himself seem important and busy and at the end he is a dishonest businessman. She has filed a complaint with the Department of Real Estate and will soon proceed with legal action against him, his company. Do not process anything with him and his company.

Me and my Family is very Blessed to have meet this whole Shidler Property Management The Entire Staff is Great And very understandings in all ereas. If you have had a bad experience with shidler i will advise you to give it another try don't you and your Family miss out, It is all worth it they will help and be nothing but real👍🏾

I have been renting from shidler for 19 years. They have great staff, They are very respectful and helpful , I definitely would would refer shidler real estate to families looking for a home with reasonable prices and for the people who didn't have a good experience I recommend you to give it another try don't miss out.

The office is kinda small but always clean and the staff are always friendly & helpful ! Also, im always in/out in 5 minutes or less !

They used to car about the people as well as the property they represented the prices are out of this world an the poor have to now all move together to even afford one bedrooms its hurtful an devastating . They are forcing people to become homeless .
