Ms Patsy was very helpful and nice. As time went on after we moved in and we're promised several things to be fixed in the next 2 weeks, some smaller things have been fix d but some of the major things are avoided by the people who promised. And when we were told the porch was going to be redone , they came and replaced 2 boards out of the whole rotten deck and it wasn't decking boards. Untreated pine that sticks out like a sore thumb. Huge eye sore. Never cleaned gutters. Or roof. I did. And they put a refrigerator in that was pathetic. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Not who I will use again. Very rude and non helpful as time goes by. Real estate agents around here are sorry and money hungry. No help at all.
