Kevin is MUCH more than a realtor. We decided to buy our first home during the height of the pandemic. Even though many odds were against us, given the climate at the time, Kevin’s expertise were the only reason we had success in purchasing a home we still love one year later. It was an absolute pleasure working alongside our realtor, Kevin, on our transaction. This was our first time buying a home, and he helped navigate us through the process with clarity and consistency. There was always communication throughout the whole process. It wasn't an easy escrow, especially with regards to the seller and their representation; lots of curveballs were thrown. However, Kevin was able to take the hits and turn them around in our favor. He set up all our vendors to inspect the house and made sure we were covered in all aspects.
