Sheila was absolutely wonderful to work with. The hubby and I had limited availability since we live 3.5 hours away, but Sheila was easy to communicate with and flexible with her time. When she had an unfortunate family emergency, she proactively connected us with a colleague to view some homes (who was also very lovely to work with).
