Sheena Molina was a godsend when my Mother In Law decided to move to Vacaville to be closer to us. My mother in law was going through an extremely rough time after losing her elderly mother and being the executor over the estate and having to deal with the court system to divide funds all whilst uprooting her life in Southern California to move to Northern California. She had been living in the home with her mother and her brother, so funds from the estate were tied up legally which made the process stall for lengthy periods. Sheena had the knowledge and the patience to help guide us through it all. No matter the time of day, we knew we could reach out to Sheena and she'd be there with an answer, and if she didn't have the answer she had the connections to find it. After taking me to multiple houses to view, we finally found the one that fit perfectly with our needs and Sheena was able to walk my mother in law through the paperwork remotely (remember, she was in Southern California). After all was said and done and the keys were in hand, Sheena continued to check in making sure things were good and even helped navigate some insurance issues. Even after the transaction has been made, you remain a customer for life... as Sheena does amazing pop-bys with goodies for her clients, a monthly raffle for awesome prizes, and also hosts community events for the family.
