Our family cannot say enough about Shay. From the moment we first had our phone consultation, we immediately felt like we were working with someone trustworthy and genuine which is hard to find anymore. When we traveled for our initial visit to Greenville, she went above and beyond to accommodate us and really took the time to share her incredible knowledge of the upstate and how it would fit with our needs.
Our buying process ended up taking over a year due to issues in our previous state, but Shay continually made the effort to check in and see how things were going. Buying a home sight unseen isn't for the faint of heart, but the consistent photos, videos and communication from Shay really put all our worries to rest. She was such a thoughtful and thorough communicator through the entire process. Even at the end when we were traveling and arriving to our new home before our moving truck arrived, she assisted us in obtaining all the basics we'd need when we arrived. This was a luxury after hours of travel.
