I paid to break my lease early I hated it so much here. If a friend or family member asked me about this apartment complex I would say definitely look elsewhere.

I think that this is a great place and I love it here so I would want a park cuz there is no Park and I think it would be a wonderful idea everybody's friendly I think it's a great idea to move your kids in though I think that you should make animals almost like dogs cats anything that's not in a cage I think that they should be a less money than a $500 at least $100 other anyways I think that this great place just the park and lowering the price for animals would be absolutely great.

My Granddaughter actually lives here. From what I observed, the grounds were clean. I thought it was a 4 plex, but was surprised to see so Many apts.

We moved to this apartment back in February. One great thing about this place is that it allows you to do month to month lease with only 100$ more than 6 month lease. Another good thing is that the maintanace is really fast, helpful, and he is a good guy.
The apartment view is great, to a very nice pool surrounded by beautiful trees.
Management is also nice and tries to help. The only thing is that I get my paycheck 5th of each month, and the management didn't help me with a later payment. This was a little troubling for us. But again it is our more personal issue and they are not obligated to help us.

My main issue with the place, however, is some of the neighbors who act like this is a prison not a family place. They smoke weed and gather other guys in their place all the time. We cannot have our windows open as weed smoke will come to our house. Good amount of time I am a bit worried about my family security. That is why I took two star out of my review. This is a very good place in term of house, management, and maintanance, but I wished there were more back up screening in the renting process.
