Don't rent from them. Garbage humans. No pets. Paying your rent on time for 5 years and doing all the things to improve the property isn't enough . No exterminator no drainage for /he rein chains, wood, great property management

I have been renting a place through Shasta Summit Properties and I am very happy with their service. Tammy Burns has been my representative and she is professional and attentive. I am very happy at the place I live. The building in which I live has been for sale and Shasta Summit Properties has handled all interactions in the most professional way to make an easy transition for all. A+ service!
P.S. They have had to move buildings a couple times and so if they don't pick up the phone, just leave a message and they will return your call. Their new address is on: 301 Chestnut St. , Mount Shasta, CA
