Shannon is absolutely excellent at what she does! We have worked with her multiple times for both purchases and refinancing and her services have been perfect every time. She is extremely knowledgeable, she works tirelessly, and she is so very reliable (which is a quality hard to find these days). Our most recent purchase was a complicated situation with multiple moving parts. It was not an easy deal and I'm confident that if it had not been for Shannon's expert opinions and her ability to deliver under pressure, we may have lost the deal. When we wrote the offer she promised 10 day(!) loan and appraisal contingencies, as well as a 21 day escrow! This helped my client get their offer accepted! But even better: Shannon delivered!
