Shane made this a great experience by, quickly and effectively answering any question my wife or I had, never making us feel the question was trivial or unnecessary . During this time I was working off of a very small time window due to my demanding work schedule. Well, I've got to say, this was the easiest part of our home buying experience. We found the home of our dreams and wanted to make an offer that day. The only problem was it was pretty late. We gave Shane a call. I was able to email a couple of needed documents and received preapproval the same night. (afterhours I might add)
