Never will try to use them Again. It's sad, ever since it was sold i guess quality dropped. I won't mention names but the underwriting team, the loan officer not managing expectations, no clear answers, communication in responding atleast was good but not transparency or solution development. I lost 10k hard cash when could have been avoided easily. The strong us along till the last day where I couldn't seek other loan options. No clear definitive statements or answers so they don't catch themselves saying to much. Very poor experience and I plan on having a full investment portfolio purchasing two homes a year. Very sad but to respect them again I won't mention names.
