We have lived in many beautiful neighborhoods over the years, and have dealt with many HOA companies. We have never been as impressed with an HOA company as we have been with Edward Hines & Justin Jeffcoat of Shaben & Associates. They respond quickly and thoroughly to help with projects or questions. Shaben and Associates is a great HOA management company! Their tech recently delivered and installed a replacement glass for our storm door. Everything went well and we’re enjoying having the door back in its original condition after being damaged for reasons beyond our control. Without question, the kindness and prompt response of our rep at Shaben in coordinating various service providers, made things go a lot easier and smoother than we could have ever done alone. In this day when responsible and efficient service is often lacking, it’s nice to know there are still people like Shaben who take pride in their work. We greatly appreciate their help!

Shaben and Associates has been the best management company for Hamilton Mill especially because of our community manager, Maureen Murphy! She is a gem and is always going out of her way to ensure Hamilton Mill is the best subdivision to live in! I have lived here for 26 years and have seen several companies come and go, but Shaben and Associates has always been outstanding and under Maureen's management, it couldn't be better!

I am a Realtor and represented a seller in Twin Creeks Sugar Hill, GA. Despite my client's several attempts to contact Shaben and Associates, there was no response. I sought information on HOA fees, but Shaben and Associates not only failed to provide accurate details but also omitted certain fees relevant to a new buyer. In order to safeguard my client, I find myself absorbing a $400 cost because Shaben is unwilling to acknowledge their lack of diligence. Regrettably, there has been no willingness to address or rectify the situation.

I have known the owner of Shaben and Associates for over 10 years. He runs a great company with Honesty and Integrity! All of his business over 23 years has come from word of mouth and referrals. He has an AWESOME STAFF which makes Shaben and Associates the Best in the Business in my opinion! I would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a management company. The Staff does what they say they are going to do and care more about providing solutions and the best interests of the communities they manage!!!
