I am writing to express my disappointment with the cleanliness at the Regus-Peachtree Corners, GA location. A location in which i am informed your company owns. I was appalled by the state of the restrooms. I found boogers on the stalls, dried blood on the toilet seat, and a persistent unpleasant odor in the toilet bowls that suggested they were not being cleaned properly.

Due to the unsanitary conditions, I felt compelled to take time out of my busy schedule to sanitize the bathrooms myself. I also left a letter for the cleaning crew management detailing my concerns. The cleaning crew's efforts clearly need significant improvement, as the cleaning solutions used are ineffective.

I hope this review prompts necessary changes to ensure a cleaner and more hygienic environment for all users.

The management branch of this company is the absolute worst commercial property manager I've ever had the displeasure of working with. 6 months after being nickel and dimed to death at move out and still no security deposit returned. When you move out of a Seven Oaks managed space, you may as well rebuild it. It would be cheaper and faster.
