I am one of Seven Hills Rentals landlords, and I have to say the girls in the office is amazing to work with. Whenever I have a vacancy they narrow it down to the top 3 candidates of each application, and they let me give my own advice on which tenant I want in my house. Their has been times where I wish I should have listened to them, and times where I feel like I have made the best decision. The main concern for us is that I want someone in my homes that will take care of them like they own it themselves. They also cover our late night emergency calls. Christmas Eve in 2023 one of our houses has busted pipes and they had someone out there within the hour fixing the pipes so it did not damage my hardwood floors that I just had refinished. Talk about customer service and preferred vendors this company has it going on!

WOW talk about customer service!!!! These ladies have helped me in ways I couldn't imagine. When the owner had to sell my current home I was at a loss and started scrambling trying to find something that would work for me and my family. They called me two different times telling me they think they found something. They DID NOT have to do this!!! But they did it anyways. The move in was a little rocky because I technically moved into my house before it was ready because of the sale of my original rental house, but the contractors and seven hills communicated and gave me updates along the process. I completely love my new rental house and it is perfect for us. Thank you!

This company goes above and beyond for the tenants and the owners. When my wife and I got married we were their tenants and they were a pleasure to work with. Then we started investing in rental properties we now have a good many, and they keep us informed. They take care of our properties and make them turn key when a tenant moves out.

Super unprofessional. Gave me keys to a place with no door knobs. Acted annoyed when I had questions. Wasn't very helpful. I'm trying to find somewhere with SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY. I felt judged. And their fees for Animals is RIDICULOUS.

Been to their office twice, both times the receptionist was extremely rude, first time I went there we called ahead about a home and they told us to just come in and get the keys to tour it, then when we got there an hour later they got mad at my sister and told her the home had been rented out for a month already and they don't know why we even know about it because its not on any of the websites still (which it very much was and I am pretty sure they hadn't actually rented the place), second time the receptionist was very rude about the questions we were asking (basic questions about the application process) and got an attitude with us. If the receptionist is this rude to potential tenants, I can't imagine how bad they are to their actual ones. 😑

Just moved back to GA and was trying really hard to find a place. I had just gone through the passing of my brother and was really stressed out. Seven Hills made everything easy. They took my application and helped me get into a wonderful home in Cedartown. I can't thank everyone enough for being so kind and helpful. ❤️❤️💜💜 Update our heat wasn't working and they sent someone out right away and now we are toasty warm. Thank you for such great service and always being so helpful and nice 🙂❤️

I applaud Seven Hills for all they have done for me! This is my 3rd rental property with them, and each property had a different owner. ( with that being said, some owners will approve fixing problems, and some will not, it has nothing to do with Seven Hills) I contacted the office and advised that I was looking for another place, they left me the keys to view the property after hours due to the office being closed when I got off. I decided to go with another property due to wanting to move back to a different city.. Seven Hills informed me of that property, and allowed me to view that property after hours as well. On move in day, it was a miscommunication that occurred : the new flooring / new carpet was not available. To top it off.. the refrigerator went out 🫣. Seven Hills turned the water on at my previous address so I could stay over the weekend (I moved on a Friday) if needed. The light was already on. Due to the inconvenience, Seven Hills gave me a credit of $100. It’s a lot of people bash Seven Hills, but any bad experiences are most likely due to something not being fixed, and it’s up to the owner of the property to make approvals, not Seven Hills. I can honestly say they have gone over and beyond for me!
