This company capitalizes on inflation and raises rent to unrealistic standards. Our rent went up 22.9% when our lease was up this March. When you tack on the M2M fee (mind you, they raise the M2M prices substantially already) of an additional $150/month, it's a 30.63% rent increase. $2,554 for a ONE BEDROOM apartment in Vacaville, WOW. Avoid this company unless you enjoy being taken advantage of.
