Mixed review of Sentell Real Estate. Very responsive and good communication throughout entire process. Was disappointed that they did not have a realistic idea of what correct pricing should have been for my area. I was pressured to reduce the price of my house when I refused several offers that contained unreasonable terms (almost 50% offers to showings ratio). Because I stuck to what I knew my house was worth, I ended up with $15,000 more in my pocket. If you use this company, do not let them dictate the listing price. Do your own homework, know the desirability of your area, and then stick with the amount you choose. There's more to selling a house than a quick sale and sheer volume.
