Tyler and his team recently assisted my buyers in obtaining a home loan that was not an easy one to get approved. The buyers have a very complex business model and various income streams making their ability to qualify quite challenging. I was skeptical my buyers were going to be able to secure financing and wondered if it was even worth trying.
