UPDATE they came to my house and fixed my splitting floor planks. Well they opened up again. They came to fix flickering lights and now I’m having MAJOR electrical issues that I didn’t have prior to the repairs. DR Horton is NO help. Don’t listen to these reviews, these reviews are regarding the sales people who I’m sure are amazing. However the construction on the home itself is NOT worth it. Go somewhere else there are plenty of other developments up here.***

Don’t do it. As an owner of a DR Horton in the first phase of Seneca Pointe I am recommending that you go with another builder. We have so much damage that DR Horton “fixed” but it wasn’t a real, professional repair. Wall cracks, floors splitting, dents in cabinets that were covered with caulking, caulking in bathrooms isn’t water proof, leaks, etc. Just don’t do it. Look for another builder. DR Horton quality sucks, warranty sucks, the reps suck. We are investing too much money to have such poor quality.

Finally we decided not to move to high desert. However our experience was great at Seneca. We always love DR Horton homes. Sales agents are very friendly and nice, wish we could buy there but it won’t work for our family.

I wanted to share my experience that I had on my 1st visit @ Seneca Pointe , right when I walked in Tamala greeted me with such a welcoming & warm smile and stretch her hand out to me and introduced herself , she was very patient with me and my 5 yr. old daughter .
I'm not ready to buy right now BUT , when I am. I will differently be - back to buy from Tamala , she made me feel right @ home !!!
