If you are a college student in the Dahlonega area, do not rent from Sellers Realty. They will use a majority of your security deposit to re-paint rooms, buff and seal the floors and various other things that you didn’t mess up or scratch. They also will charge you a 125 dollar re-key fee even if you turn all your keys back in. They like to take advantage of college kids. Not to mention the landlord over our property was hard to get ahold of when you needed them. If something breaks, you either have to fix it on your own or pay a 75-120 dollar maintenance fee to get someone out there to fix it.

Chad And Julie are so kind and helpful! They compliment each other in such a way that we felt confidently in safe hands. They answered messages quickly and they really looked out for our best interest. We hope to use them again some day when we upgrade to a bigger home to hold our growing family!

If you’re a college student stay clear of this rental company. They take so much advantage of you. Also, if you have a dog that you are LEGALLY allowed to have she will fully take advantage of that as well. Also, don’t breathe wrong or the minions down the street will snitch on you to her. They never fixed anything. Not to mention the snakes/rattlesnakes that lived under our house that we asked to be removed multiple times that was never removed. Good thing it didn’t bite us! Id rather live on the street than rent from her ever again. She’s a scammer for your money.

There really needs to be a sixth star for my review. To say our experience with Julie Williams was positive would be an understatement. Professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable would be enough, however Julie does not stop there with her service. She is patient, kind and a joy to work with! I would not only engage her services again, but would highly encourage people to give her a call when you need the “Cre’me De La Cre’me” She will not disappoint.
