Well since no one answers phone calls at this office I’ll be forced to leave my review here.

Upon entering the Pineville road rental, I was greeted with large roaches on the front door.

Inside had roaches on the walls , ceilings , floors, in the cabinets.

The people next door had cars growing out of their yard, It smelled like someone died in there.

There was a giant pile of towels left on the back porch and when I opened the back door to look outside , a stampede of roaches ran out of the towels.

It is not mentioned there is no oven.

Also the exterior had many cans of dog food as it seemed a stray dog or a dog left behind was being fed. There were clothes and shoes stuffed under the building where the car port is as well trash and what looked like feces in the bathroom floor.

There’s no way I would EVER let someone see this property in this condition, there’s no telling how many violations there are. Including the frontal porch which has no railing for the stairs up to the door.

This was the easiest and most hassle-free leasing and move-in process ever. Haley was on top of things and helped cut out so much of the stress of finding a house. I would absolutely recommend working with her.
