Our interactions with the loan officer, Heidi-Jo Kemp at Security First Mortgage Funding, were very pleasant and smooth. She was quick to answer our questions and went above and beyond, helping us resolve any issues that came up. Thankfully, there were very few issues.. Heidi-Jo Kemp is absolutely AMAZING to work with! She always answers calls, texts, and emails in a timely manner. When we had an issue come up with a deal we were working on she went above and beyond to make sure it was resolved quickly so our client was still able to close in time. Brian and his team were so unbelievably wonderful, I can't stress it enough.
