My experience with Security America Mortgage, Inc. (SAMI), was one of the best I have ever had involving the acquisition of a new residential property. Everything seemed to flow smoothly right from the start. The application process was to the point and not overly burdensome. The tracking tool used to follow your mortgage application completion process was always up-to-date and accurate. However, most enjoyable, was working with my loan officer and his assistant. Both Mark Vela (Loan Officer) and Nadia Agha (Assistant) are the absolute best. They are professional, competent, knowledgeable, and courteous. Going through the mortgage application process can sometimes be a bit of a challenge. Mark and Nadia navigated every issue that presented itself with great skill, and I knew where I stood throughout the process. Mark was almost always available whenever I contacted him, and when he wasn't he quickly connected with me shortly thereafter. They're a top-notch team who know how to get things done well, and quickly. As soon as I contacted SAMI I felt I was working with a group of well-seasoned professionals and based on the wonderful experience I had, my initial feelings were proven 100% accurate. I would recommend SAMI to anyone looking to finance a home and especially Military Veterans. Thanks to SAMI I (U.S. Army Veteran) am moving to my new home this coming weekend. I'm very happy with my new home and with my experience with SAMI.
