Out of all of storage places on or near Atlanta Highway I am so glad that we chose SecurCare mainly because of the staff! Delroy is absolutely amazing … he is friendly and helpful. He makes an experience that can typically be stressful and rigid, enjoyable. You can tell he has a passion for people and makes you feel as if he will personally be watching your belongings! Aside from the staff the units are clean and easy to access.

I have been using Secure Storage to preserve my deceased mom belongs for over 5 years. We’ve had some issues in the beginning, but management was very helpful. Which brings me to Mr. Delroy. He’s very patient, will not get off the phone until your issues are resolved. He’s helped me navigate through the system and will always answer if you need him. He is an assist to the company and I thank him for all he’s done for me.

Great Quality customer service. The storage Manager Mr.DelRoy was very friendly , helpful and understanding. Ready to assist me with everything I needed. I originally booked my storage online back in July and I’ve been with them ever since but today was my first time actually Meeting him and it was well worth it.
