Seacoast was highly recommended to me and my initial conversation with John left me hopeful that I made a good decision. Once my credit was run and my documentation sent in, the "service" halted. I had to literally chase John to get locked into a rate. The initial rate and terms were long gone by the time he decided to finally process my loan. There was no communication - no return calls, texts, emails - and Allyson started responding with what was needed to get the loan closed. Every payoff was incorrect, a loan sat unpaid because the processor did not have the correct Lender name, it took months to get the accounts reconciled that were being paid off with the refinance. When I reached out to Allyson, she told me I should not be contacting her. There was no follow up from the closing, not even a thank you for doing business with them. The icing on the cake - despite signing a form saying I did not want my information shared - they have sold my information to any and everyone. Mail, email, texts, and calls - all day every day. I am going to have to change my number and email it is so persistent. STAY AWAY from this company.

Seacoast is a top-notch mortgage company. Ann helped guide me through the process and was more like an expert consultant. She helped us get the best rate available (I looked around) and made the process very simple and explained everything in plain language that was easy to understand. Our home took a very long time to close due to delays with the builder (unrelated to Seacoast) and Ann went above and beyond with her patience, advice, and guidance. She always addressed my questions and was very accessible. I highly recommend Seacoast.
