We really enjoyed our time at Seabrook Island and are so happy we found the Lake House pool. It’s a great space for the kiddos and is super scenic. We loved the outdoor patio space and changing area. It’s also next to a large outdoor playground and basketball court. The Lake House also has a great massage + spa area. If your at Seabrook, you need to pop into the Lake House and check it out!

The facility itself is very clean and a great spot for kids! The pool is well designed for children, we had a one year old with us and it was very accommodating with shaded areas, ease of walking in the water, and generally was very family friendly. However, this place gets a two star due to the customer service of their management. They had to close down the outdoor pool one day (very understandable), but were the least accommodating to their customers who have paid good money to stay at the island. It was also apparent that the manager had personal feelings about a man being the only one who would understand that you sometimes have to pay for things. He pointed to the only male with us and said "see you understand, sometimes you have to pay for these type of services", as if the three women with him could not understand this thought. I would not return here purely based on the customer service of their staff at the lake house.

Beautiful place surrounded by old oak trees. However, if you are a motorcycle enthusiast you may want to skip this place as they don’t want your kind around!! I rode up to the guard gate on my motorcycle and they said I couldn’t enter because “all motorcycles are not allowed on property” this is not a motorcycle friendly community.

Lots to do and it is beautiful. Son loved the basketball court. Pool is great for families with younger children. Playground is nice. Fitness center. Even a small nature trail. Paths to walk your dogs on. We saw deer everyday and night here.

The lakehouse is staffed with some extraordinary people who treat our family as their own! They are so well skilled in their areas especially the husband and wife team of Mark and Melissa in the fitness center. Melissa works in aquatics and Mark is a personal trainer. Whether you are looking for classes or one on one instruction I strongly recommend them both. Both are highly skilled and professional but at the same time really go the extra mile daily to make you feel right at home. My elderly father works with them both individually on a weekly basis and they have done wonders with him in a very short time. I just cannot say enough about how impressed I have been with the lakehouse staff. Just walking in the front door and seeing one of the ladies at the front always brightens our day! Go visit the lake house…you will keep coming back!
