Our experience with Scout as property owner has been excellent! Our property manager (Grattan) explained everything very well, responsive to emails & texts, and ultimately found a great tenant for us. Well this review is 10 years in the making!! We moved to Temecula from out of state in 2013 and Melissa was so helpful with the leasing process. Anytime we have a concern with the property or if something major has broken such as the water heater, scout property will have someone out fast to fix it. We feel grateful to have such a great property management and experience of 10 years with them! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a house to rent or if they need a management company.
