Due to a recall....i had an appointment at South Bay Jeep and the service advisor, Crystal was phenomenal. She was friendly & really cared about my personal service issue needs. Definitely recommend this dealership for Service. Also, would like to acknowledge Ashley, service advisor as well. She.went above & beyond handling my follow up recall and making my experience yesterday phenomenal.

I took a vehicle in for recall service. Jake Winters in Service was an absolute rockstar both times. He was super helpful, friendly, humble and approachable. He didn't overpromise and Scott Robinson had my vehicle serviced quickly. The only ding is that I had to go in personally to schedule the service recall appointment. The call center team never returned my calls or picked up the phone. Another customer in line had the same exact issue.

Jake Winters was the most courteous person I have ever encountered at a dealership service center. I went in the day after Christmas 2024 with him being the only service agent and a row of people waiting. He didn’t show a single bit of frustration and was the most courteous agent I have ever experienced. I haven’t been happy with Scott Robinson CDJR service before and swayed me away from buying the brand in the future. This last experience makes me reconsider. Thank you, Jake. I hope the dealership is smart enough to reward you for your hard work.

The service representative's were very professional and knowledgeable. They were very comforting and inviting when it came to the wait time. It made it very easy to make my decision on getting my vehicle serviced, and the mechanic technicians were great at their job with the detailed inspection of my vehicle. I had been getting offers from other DODGE/JEEP dealership for service and I'm absolutely glad that I chose Scott Robinson as my first and only choice for my service needs and now my future service needs. I will not be going to another dealership service, not unless Scott Robinson close down. From the vehicle sales representatives to the service representatives I had nothing but great experiences with both and once again I'm glad I chose Scott Robinson for my purchase of a vehicle and my service for my vehicle. Unreachable, unresponsive Service Dept., and I’ll never go here again, which I think is what they want. I have an older Jeep with a lifetime warranty, which Robinson wouldn’t honor. They quoted me $7000 for a clutch, and then when I declined service, they charged me a $200 “diagnostic” fee… but they never even looked at it: claiming rusty bolts, they never even opened the transmission. How they arrived at $7000 without even looking is a mystery, so, what was my $200 for? Worse, during a MONTH of me calling several times per week, leaving messages, calling other departments just to get a human and leaving more messages, the Service Department never—not once—called me back or responded in any way. So, I spent a month inconveniently carpooling to work while Robinson did absolutely nothing with my vehicle. For the record, I try to avoid public shaming like this, and so I emailed the Service Manager to address all this more privately, and she assured me the service tech would contact me personally… which, of course, never happened. By contrast, there is another Jeep dealership up by LAX, which is refreshingly responsive. It’s worth the drive.

Terrible Experience Across the Board
I had one of the worst experiences at this dealership. I leased a vehicle back in 2021 and I have had nothing but issues with the vehicle. The customer service was rude and unhelpful, showing little regard for my concerns. The service department is extremely unprofessional and not helpful in regard to me having constant issues and not accommodating. To top it off, the service department was unreliable, with delays and poor communication about the status of my vehicle. The leasing department lacked transparency, making the process unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. When I came back to return the lease a month early they wanted to buy back the car at its lowest value, I then called the financial institution and was told your car is worth more go to a third party. In other words this dealership is ripping you off..

I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership if you value professionalism, honesty, and respect as a customer. I would never ever recommend anyone to go to this dealership, if I could give no stars I would.

Krystle was my service advisor. Called the service department she answered and I explained what was wrong with my vehicle took my car in for the diagnostic on Thursday. She told me the next day what needed replacement they ordered the part and picked up my vehicle today. She was very informative throughout the process and had no issues at all answering my questions. The whole process was a good experience. Definitely recommend her.

Did a great job with my service, a lot of friendly new faces. They kept in great communication with me throughout the service and the recall process. Crystal took care of setting up all the needed services as well as the recall that was required on my truck.
