I am writing this review to share my disappointing experience with Sci Development Services. This is not a company I would recommend contacting for services due to their lack of reliability and poor communication.

I contacted Sci Development Services with the intention of getting my property surveyed for a fence installation. I was given assurances that the survey might be done on 11/22, with a firm date of 11/28. However, the company failed to show up on both the tentative and the confirmed dates. This caused a significant inconvenience as I was unable to proceed with the scheduled fence installation with my contractor.

Attempts to reach out to the company were futile. I called their office number multiple times and left numerous messages, but none of my calls were returned. This lack of response further added to my frustration.

Based on my experience, I have decided not to do business with Sci Development Services again. It is my hope that others do not have to go through the same ordeal that I did. It is crucial for any company to keep their promises and maintain good communication with their clients, and unfortunately, Sci Development Services failed to do so in this instance."

I had Sci Development Services performed a land survey and staked the property line for my residence. The crew arrived on time and was very professional. They did a very thorough and meticulous job that took them almost 5 hours to complete. I asked them to walk me through the locations of the stakes alone my boundary in my backyard, which was densely wooded. But I had a meeting that I had to attend for an hour. The crew was nice enough to wait for me to finish my meeting so that they can give me a walk through. even though it means that they have to spend another hour. Their price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for anyone who need a land survey.

We are now on our second year waiting for a few surveys from SCI. We gave them five consolidation jobs last year. Two have been completed. We are still waiting on the other three. Repeated calls go unanswered.
