My family has rented properties from this company for 34 years. We have rented over 7 properties during this time. We have stayed with the company because they are kind, fair, and VERY easy to work with. They always help accommodate you and/or your business, work their best to satisfy your needs, and always available to answer questions. Id recommend this company to everybody.

I do not recommend this Property Management company to any business looking for office space. All businesses in our building have had trouble with the Schrimsher team. Between neglected parking and lawn care, broken utility lines, unanswered maintenance requests, the customer service is also frustrating. They will always put off answering any requests until the need is critical. Prior to Schrimsher owning the property by himself, our property was managed by Battle Real Estate and they were so easy to work with and always responded to all maintenance needs. Wish I could give them 0 starts.

Schrimsher Company had a few hiccups with the transition from Battle, but their team has worked hard to overcome those. They have been very responsive to maintenance issues and now that they have a new lawn service, our building is starting to look great again. All companies will have issues from time to time, but a good company works to remedy them as Schrimsher Company has.
