Just moved in a one bedroom in Dec 2024. It’s a gated community surrounded by other apartments (ghetto), but it’s quiet. Staff they were nice. When I walked into my apartment every thing is nice and clean it was until I took a shower until I found a problem. My tub squeaks so loud nonstop when I’m showering. I notified them about the loud squeaking tub they told me they can’t replace the tub but they’ll put some foam down. One month later haven’t heard back so I put in another service request and they emailed me back and basically said deal with it. They not coming to fix the squeaking tub. Sorry downstairs neighbor deal with it. My upstairs neighbor act like they the only person that lives here. I get woken up by the loud stomping and not to mention he/she LOVES slamming down the toilet seat so annoying. There’s not enough parking space. Sometimes I have to park a whole building down because there’s no parking space available in front of my building. They have minimum garages which are all full.
On top of that sometimes it takes me 10 minutes to make a left turn when leaving the apartment complex (ghetto asf). I only transferred here for my job and needed a place within the time frame that I was moving. I’ll give it a 6/10.

The apartments are beautiful. Ms. NICOLE is amazing. She’s very sweet, friendly, and helpful with all of my questions. She made me feel very welcomed only visit. She’s really the main reason for me getting a place here.

I stayed here and it was so many roaches in the home, on the patio and outside. There was possum by the big dumpster and I also had termites then some weird black bugs crawling everywhere in the living room. My end point was waking my daughter up and a roach (well I guess they’re really waterbugs) was in her bed I packed up and LEFT!!! The layout was cool but I didn’t enjoy how dark and gloomy my unit was. I paid the balance for early termination and just left that place alone. I lived at the community in the front as well and it had water bug problems. I’m assuming bc it’s a whole graveyard next door or something.

Anything you ask of her she will find time to listen and to do her very best to make sure that she will take care of you. We had Asha as our consultant and she was amazing. She made the process quick and easy. We got to take a tour of the neighborhood and she was very knowledgeable. We were in and out so fast. Would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

Ms . Lashon is the best ! Always informative and very helpful. Checks in on her residents ! THEEE BEST manager ever ! Love me some her . And it’s always some type of outing for the kids giveaways. Love Scarlett place .
