Don't rent 232 chase Dr. Until you check out. The electric. The heater. And the floor where the hot water tank is for it has no floor around it and you can look down to the ground . The master bedroom if you run the air it don't get cool or run the heat it don't get warm . You have to have a electric heater for the master bath room the heating system if heating or air is so old that it run your electric bill over 500.

Worst company to rent from ! They are never in office and never answer phone calls or return calls . I’ve had problems since moving in and it takes weeks before hearing back and that’s if you can catch them in office . Currently my water has been off for 24 hrs ! Still have not heard from anyone after leaving voicemails , calls , going to the office , requesting in the portal . But they’ll contact you if they want to charge you for something !

I see some of the negative reviews on here and I just really cannot believe that they are actually true!! My family and I have rented from Mr. Jason for 2 years almost and we have not been the best tenants at all, but with that said most renters would have never I mean never helped us, worked with us and done as much as he has for us! Anyone else would have definitely never cared and just sent us on our way and rented to someone else. If you are looking for a place to rent Scarborough Properties is definitely who you need to rent from. They definitely need more than 5 stars! Never rented from Jason but my husband just got off the phone with him discussing an issue we have and let me tell you. This man is the genuine article. We have rented from Scarborough properties for 4 yrs and I can honestly say I am overall pleased. When ever I needed something fix it was always fix in a timely manner. Of all things I needed fix I believe I only paid for one thing and that was because of something my son did. If I were not relocating I would continue to rent from them. I can not speak for all other renter but I know Mr. Scarborough has gone out of his way to help me and my husband several times.

I definitely recommend Scarborough Properties, we rented for a little over a year and had absolutely no issues. Anytime we needed any repairs they were done in a timely manner. We are very pleased with Jason and his team.

If i could i would give this company a negative 10 stars. I told him my health issues and that i needed close to town. He tells me about one in Almo im not from here so had NO idea how far this was. He says appx 15 min fron town. The place was appx 45 and trashy.. I gave him 800 deposit so no one could rent it before me as he stated. I explained how i didnt have a clue to where i was going.ALSO THE PLACE WAS BY EMPTY NASTY OLD TRAILERS ....THE ROAD TO THERE WAS FLOOD.....Tried going back to get my 800. Cuz i definitely couldnt take this due to my health and also having a four yr old worried about rats snakes whatever. He saud no refunds. Was such unprofessional business ....would never ever recommend this..... Then a friend told me of a place a dog was left inside and died and they didnt even do much after too get smell out of place.....

FROM DAY ONE MR.JASON HAD BEEN THE BOMB ..I HAVEN'T HAD ANY TROUBLE OR ISSUES OF ANY SORT MY APARTMENT WAS WELL MAINTAIN AND ANY ISSUE I HAD HE HAD IT SOLVED WITHIN 24 HOURS..VERY UNDERSTANDING AND PATIENT BEST LANDLORD IVE HAD THUS FAR..MOST DEFINITELY STAYING FOR A WHILE😍😍
