Absolutely Horrible company - And I am not talking about the nature of their business but the Business itself - Said they were going to send documentation about an issue - Never did - Followed up and they said they didnt know what I was talking about. Forced me to pay money that wasnt actually owed out of pocket because they took so long to do a simple task of forwarding information. Horrible customer service and an overall bad company to deal with with incompetent and rude staff.

Worst customer service and the rudest. I was never getting any bills sent to my house or email and they have no regard for people. I was unaware I had a debt to pay and I understand that it has to be oayed I am more than willing to take care of my debt. I am and single father of a 7yr old no help from anyone at all and now thnks to them not willing to work with me on a payment plan I am on the brink of having my lights and gas shut off. So I have tondecide wether to food on the table for my 7yr old or pay bills amd stupid SB&C. They garnish my checks 500 a month and don't care how it effects me or my family. Worst company ever they need to go out of business ..

Paycheck is being garnished, on the brink of eviction because of it and I have not received a single court order from SB&C to show what the alleged debt is for, and how much. When attempting to communicate with them and asking to get a print out of all alleged outstanding debt I get hung up on.

Well, it's nice to see from the reviews that they actually do try to collect. I felt like they sat on my judgment for 10 years. To my knowledge, they never tried to collect. The debtors had income, could afford plenty of alcohol, and bought nice things. He and she owed me about $4000 but we settled on $1100 just to get them out of my life. They worked but didn't pay any rent for 4 months, damaged property and demanded I keep up my end of the bargain by fixing a water pipe they didn't even use! But SB&C acted indifferent. I just don't understand why SB&C didn't use an investigator to find out the debtors' employer and start garnishing their wages. Even if they only bring home $800/mo, the debt would have been paid off in just 5.5 months! But in 10 years, this agency seemed to do nothing. I often felt they forgot about me, but when I called, they easily looked up the info. If SB&C didn't serve my area a little south of them, they should have said so up front. It cost me over $1000 to get that judgment, a price I paid as part of a deal to get these non-paying renters out.

Where to begin with this shady company... They filed an injunction against my husband without bothering to properly serve him papers, acquired a dubious "default judgment" by refusing to provide a court date, and are now attempting to garnish a single income house of 20% of our income while we're living paycheck to paycheck. Pair this with their claim that they "don't need to abide by HIPPA" for their claims, and you have a recipe for a complete scam center. Thanks Skagit Valley Hospital System for not doing your due diligence and actually billing our insurance that we're forced to pay for, never reaching out to us personally to try and remedy the situation, and causing hundreds, if not thousands of residents of of the surrounding counties to contemplate suicide over bogus medical bills.

I have paid off my debt to sb and c and because a employee of theirs quit his job the money never got put in my name. We spoke with the manager and she understood that it was paid off and im still getting garnished a month later! They wrongly took 800$ from me knowing my debts paid off! Merry Christmas everyone! My kids won't be getting any gifts this year..thanks sb and c

I woulnd't give any stars, but google makes you give a rating. This company is horrible. My elder mother who is on a fixed income was sent to collections. Never recieved a bill, and they called her at her place of employment (which she thought it was a scam). They are unwilling to work with her, and want her making a $400 pament when she only makes $2000 a month. She is now unable to work, and is on a fixed income. Her bill went from $1000 to $2400. This is sickening. How can they get away with this?

This company might be good for you, if you are looking to collect funds from someone and don’t care about their financial health. Otherwise, reconsider your options! I called this company today in an attempt to patiently work with them for a payment plan on, what I would consider, a large sum of money. Their “payment plan” was to have me pay half this month and half next month. When I said I couldn’t afford half in one month (I only get paid monthly!) they would not budge and said he was giving a “generous offer.” The gentleman I spoke to couldn’t have been more condescending. These people don’t care about your wellbeing and make you feel like dirt.
