My husband and I just closed our new home on January 22, 2025, 86 Amanda Trace.
We wanted to let you know from the day we walked into your office on Marsh Harbor Pkwy and met Sarah Pratt, how we feel very blessed to have had her guide us in this purchase and build.
The experience we had begun with us telling her what we were looking for and she took us to look at models that fit exactly what we wanted. She guided us through picking the best lot for us. We were looking at 2 different lots and ended with lot 69. It was with Sarah's guidance that we felt we made the perfect choice for us.
During the entire process of the color selections and material selections Sarah had a great deal of patience and provided excellent suggestions along the way. Whenever we wanted to or needed to make changes, Sarah always helped with the changes with a very gracious attitude.
Sarah's communication is very prompt and exact, you can always count on Sarah to get us the correct answers very quickly.
No matter what would come her way Sarah always came through no matter how difficult the situation was. She exceeded our expectations. It was great having Sarah able to send us pictures along the build process as we were in Tampa during the build.
Sarah is the sweetest person we have ever met in the professional sector. The entire team at Sawyer and Associates has far exceeded our expectations. We are so thankful for the that day we met Sarah and was introduced to this community. Sawyer and Associates is extremely fortunate to have Sarah Pratt standing for your brand and the Sawyer organization..

We recently purchased one of the new homes Sawyer had in its inventory. The floor plan was exactly what we were looking for, and the finishes are gorgeous! Tripp, Sarah and Chris were a joy to work with! Any question we had was quickly answered—we never had to ask twice! All upgrades requested were quoted in writing, reasonably priced, and completed prior to closing. All items identified in the pre-closing walkthrough were completed before closing.

After closing on Friday afternoon,, we discovered we did not have hot water on Saturday morning. We submitted a warranty request fully expecting the issue would not be addressed until Monday morning. What a wonderful surprise it was to have Lindsay contact us about the issue, Cario come over to troubleshoot the issue, and the repairman fixing the problem—all before noon!

We are truly impressed by the entire Sawyer and Associates team—you’re simply the best! We love our new home!

We are so glad we found Sawyer and Associates! My husband and I were looking for the right home in the right community. We had a sizable list of features that we required and our home in Fiddlers Cove gives us all we wanted and more. Nikki listened to our desires and scheduled a visit for us. We drove up from Florida, and within an hour, decided on a home under construction in Fiddlers Cove. Nikki introduced us to Sarah and Sarah showed us every finish detail that was planned for the home. We modified a few of the choices to suit our taste but Sawyer's designer had done an excellent job in selecting high quality products and finishes.
Since we lived about 3 hours away, Sarah kept us updated on the progress of construction through pictures and email. She even helped schedule a couple of amenities that were outside the scope of construction.
When construction was completed, Cario, the construction manager, spent about an hour and a half walking through the home with us. We were pretty much in awe of the quality but he found small imperfections and had them rectified.
We have built several custom homes over the years and Sawyer is by far the best experience we have had. The entire Sawyer team is highly skilled, professional and courteous. We are honored to be their customers and their neighbors!

We could not be more pleased with our new home! The workmanship and quality have been/are exceptional. Nikki and Tripp were so helpful and patient in looking for the right lot and plan. Sarah was great in helping us select colors, tile, etc., and her communication along the way regarding progress, costs, etc. was always very timely. We so appreciated the very 'careful' eye Cario who went through the house to ensure everything was as it should be! It has been such a positive, easy and pleasant experience partnering with the Sawyer team!

We had a great experience purchasing a new construction home from the Sawyer team. Kylie was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. They had a team member walk through the house with us so we could point out all the minor touch-ups to them, which they promptly amended without question. The house is beautiful and feels very luxurious. We look forward to living in the community.
