What a great way to check out the area! We came to stay For two days and we ended up having to ask for another day so we could check out more houses. Eddie our realtor was great. He spent a lot of time talking to us and telling us about the area and showing it a few houses, both new construction and existing. The staff at the clubhouses and fitness center were very friendly. Food was good in both places and it’s wonderful to have two golf courses to play

My husband and I spent 2 nights on the Discovery Package at Savannah Lakes Villages. Tom Shea was fantastic. His tour of the area was thorough and enjoyable. The area is beautiful and well maintained. If you are looking to view this community, we highly recommend Tom Shea and reserving a Discovery Package; it is well worth the time.

We loved touring this community. All the homes were beautifully done, and the different styles make this community so unique. Both golf courses were impressive with awesome views. Everyone we met was especially nice and friendly. It felt like home. You can be as active or as relaxed as you want. The community offers plenty to do while the surrounding area is very quite and serene. It's a little piece of heaven!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The golfing was wonderful and challenging. The homes we toured were lovely as were the surroundings. The drawback for us is the lack of restaurants and some degree of nice shops nearby. Driving 30-40 minutes to get to a nice dinner out is too far on dark back roads for us.

Had a great visit and the entire team that has assisted, Anna, Tina and our Real Estate Agent, Charlie Bushmaker were all very knowledgeable with the community and the specs of the homes we looked at. Charlie took his time and provided great information on the area and details of each home. The atmosphere and natural beauty of the area is very enticing and we are looking forward to begin our final home buying journey with this team.

Every resident we came in contact with provided very positive comments about living in the community, even walking on some of the properties with us.

We did get to play both golf course during our visits. Both golf courses are very well keep and managed. The course provided challenging fairways and greens for both Men and Woman tee boxes.
