Sarah and Fairway Loan Company was always very happy and uplifting when we spoke with her and she was constantly giving feedback and progress as the loan process was moving along. She Always answered immediately if we called for updates and she replied within minutes of receiving a message or E-mail from myself or my fiance'. This was the first house I ever bought and Sarah made it such a pleasant and easy process for myself. I've heard from my friends of the nightmares they had to deal with when purchasing their homes, so going into this I was leary of how the process would go, but everything she needed from us was explained thoroughly and if I wasn't sure how to get any information she needed from myself she would explain how to retrieve the information or what format she needed it in and explained the best and easiest way to obtain the information. She made the process so enjoyable that if I should want to move or upgrade my house in the future I would absolutely reach out to her and Justin in the future. In closing All I can say is that what I thought would be like pulling teeth was actually more like a day at the beach working with Sarah! If I could give Sarah 20 stars I would. My wife and I called about a house that we weren’t qualified for “yet” (key word). We did not get that house and I’m glad we didn’t. We had some work to do. Sarah set us up with a great company to help with our financial health. No doubt it was a process but following instructions to the T and hustling got us to the point of being able to shop for homes. When our offer was accepted Sarah and her team got straight to it and it was no easy task for them, but they took us on with gusto and never once even hinted at giving up on us. Fast forward we are now homeowners and words cannot explain the gratitude I have for Sarah and her team. 100% genuine and will not sugar coat anything. Trust the process, and put in the work.
