Keep looking all of the properties I’m willing to bet is run down ,old and zero up keep. This is what happens when the state allows management companies to steal our money. My light bill was over a 1,000 dollar because my heating and cooling unit is malfunctioning and the property needed a new one. Welp Georgia is a Landlord friendly state and as much as I have been fuk over im tired. Im just collecting info…. Be safe tenants your local government allows these slum lords to get over on people . All the 4star reviews are employees please don’t be fooled

UPDATED: I received notification from my former property management that Sapir Realty LLC would be taking over as of 09-24-24 and that they would contact me. As of today (10-12-24) I have not received any correspondence or mail regarding this company. I have called and left a message, with no return call (been over a week) and went to the office several times which looks very abandoned. The website claims they have been in business for 11 years and have 20 employees, where? Cause no one answers the phone and clearly no one works in this office. Sapir when you get this review please be sure to check your messages and please return my call and/or USPS is the proper way to conduct business, send correspondence and/or notifications.

Update: So they saw the review and all of a sudden I received a phone (about 3-4 hrs after the review was posted). She (Michelle) claimed that the office was opened (after it’s been closed for 2 weeks) and that everyone has been off this week because of the holiday (Columbus Day, really?), but what about last week? What company is closed all week because of Columbus Day? The lies! Once I noticed the lies, I turned on my recorder. This is NOT the kind of company I want to do business with. Not to mention, I finally get setup on the portal and it says I owe $3500 (rent is $1600), what, how? Then it’s $9.99 to pay online, it’s a cost for each method to pay your rent. Renters Beware! I’ve been living in this home (Gwinnett) for 10 yrs with no issues until now. It’s time to go! Again, RENTER’s BEWARE of Sapir Realty Property Management! I will be making a complaint to the Attorney General asap! We have to stand up for ourselves and stop letting these corrupt businesses get away with the things they do. Start complaining to the Attorney General’s office, they also have an option to complain for price gouging now. REPORT THESE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES!! Keep your receipts cause they lie!

I honestly don’t know what to do .. maintenance has poor communication skills. I have been without air or heat almost 2 weeks and been getting the run around . Today I was told someone else bought the property . So who suppose to fix the issue . Nobody cares that me and my kids are in a home that’s over 80 degree weather . Where I suppose to go when I pay rent there and have no money to go anywhere else . But as soon as rent is not paid I get all calls and emails . I never been in any situation like this before . It’s about money and not the tenants well being

I would never want anyone to go through the same experience that my three friends and I did. Before applying for 105 Whispering Away, we made sure to confirm that we were the only ones interested in the property. The management assured us that we were.

However, the day after submitting our applications, we received a late-night email from Jemma, an employee, informing us that the property was suddenly off the market. This unexpected message prompted me to call her the next day for clarification. Unfortunately, she was extremely rude and aggressive when I asked why we were not informed that other applicants were also in consideration.

When I requested a refund for our application fees, she claimed she needed to check with her managers but never followed up. I am incredibly disappointed with both Jemma and Sapir Realty and sincerely hope no one else has to go through a similar experience.
