representatives are rude. i waited on the line for an hr in a half just for the first person to tell me they cant help me and transferred me to the next which put me all the way at the end of the q all over again, i had to wait another 40 minutes before the next representative who rudely did not let me even finish what i was saying and cut me off n transferred me to another line that did not even answer. yall need to hire less incompetant people. i work in customer service and have never treated anybody like that or have ever encountered this.

The staff just bought our apartment complex. And they've only been rude every time they interact with us. They pounds on our doors and give the most hostile attitudes especially the chubby white man with the glasses and short hair

Front desk receptionist was kind. My overall wait time was not bad. The person who ultimately "helped" me had a terrible attitude and treated me as if i were incompetent. Yet had no definitive answers for me. Section 8 is a lottery that no one seems to win.

San jose housing authorities has been a blessing to me where would I be if I needed help and places as such didn't exist. I'm so so grateful for my counties housing sec 8 program! They have always treated me well!!! Thank you. All of you involved to keep programs as such open ND helping!!!

Every time I go in with a question, the front receptionist is very helpful. She is kind, knowledgeable, and I always get an answer. I always get the help I need super fast .

Been waiting months just for an email. On hold for over an hour. Case workers are unresponsive and only respond if you CC the supervisor in your email but it seems the supervisor has changed so my case worker has no interest in responding. They want paperwork completed in a timely fashion but don't respond in one. I understand being understaffed but a slow response is better than NO response and I'm getting NO response.

Went into HA only maybe 6 people on the lobby or waiting to be seen I was second in line lady was very helpful in what I needed she gave me a number to be called on
Less then 5 minutes girl was very helpful in answering all my questions

I've been waiting housing for long years now it's just frustrated because I'm already 65 on October 1959 till now I've too may resources already for my c a se been there do that how could an helperf put me on the wait list then wait list again i am retired 30 years ive work here in US from West to coast to Midwest back to west again. I'm really disappointed with the System. Lots of people they give vouchers. Wĥy me I can't get a voucher retired with a social security retirement. It's really sad because I have an illness every I'm seeing 1 - 3 doctors to seek advices and they do procedures on me. How I wish someone 😕 has to help me too. Been a living in my Car 7 years even that time I'm Working and paid all my taxes. Right now im being so stressed and got anxiety. I ALSO got C.O.PD asthma Highblood and Fibro Mylgia and pretty sure they're finding more other stuff from my test of the scanning. If in case there is someone wants to help us geta
