I have been acquainted with Ana Sands of Sands Vacation Rentals for over 12 years. I have always know her to be outstanding in her business and personal life. When she began Sands of Alabama Rental it was a natural and easy decision to move my rental property to them for management. I have been completely happy and satisfied with the service and professionalism of the firm. The cleanliness of the unit and the bookings have been spot on. Sands of Alabama is great! Her communication is excellent! She is always available and always responds, even across the country she responds! She has listed our condo and has done a fabulous job with advertisement and pictures! Hands down she is the best property manager we have ever used! We highly recommend her and her company.

For the last 3 years we have stayed at Sands of Alabama properties. Dealing with Anna Sands has always been GREAT. Any problems we might have had were quickly taken care of. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. We enjoyed each of the three places we stayed at.

Highly recommend not booking through Sands of Alabama Vacation rentals or Airbnb. We cancelled our trip two days before due to friends and family informing us of a possible hurricane and obviously us not being from the area did not know severity or where it was headed and if we would be driving through any of the bad weather to get to the destination. We paid extra for travel insurance prior to the trip which come to find out does absolutely nothing so that was more money wasted. Sands of Alabama was not even willing to let us reschedule our dates as we did not care about the refund we just wanted to change our dates for a different time that we felt safer coming. Instead they want to keep all of our money that we paid. Airbnb was also no help so we will no longer be using them either. I encourage you to book through someone who will be understanding of any circumstances that may come up considering most people will at least let you change your dates as we have never had issues in the past until now. Very disappointed in this agency and Airbnb.

My family and I had a wonderful time on our vacation. Ana Sands was very quick to answer any questions we had. Our family required more than one condo at the last moment and she handled it flawlessly.Both of the condos were very clean and stocked with all the amenities. The kitchens had more than enough cookware. Thank you Sands of Alabama!!?

Ana is hands down one of the most organized and responsive person I know. She is available any time I need her and she quickly and efficiently handles any issues that arises with our unit. She and her company have been an absolute joy and we couldn't be any happier. Give her chance if you have a rental property - you won't regret it.
