When I first thought about renting out my home on Seabrook island two months a year many management companies refused to take on such a seasonal property. I’m grateful for this rejection because Ann gave me the attention of a caring and attentive neighbour. She gave me recommendations as to which breakables and valuables should be stored away, what to add to make guests comfortable and suggestions about where to store my things. I live in the house 10 months a year and travel for the two summer months. My home is being well taken care of when I’m away. The Sandpiper Vacation Management team is quick to respond, makes sure my place is clean, attend to guests promptly when needed, take care of all licenses and permits, and their commission is very humble. I’ve used their services for 3 summers now and am looking forward to continuing to work with them for more years to come.

Sandpiper has managed our property since they started business on the island. They have done a very good job and our guests have given us great reviews. Our Villa is always very clean and if a repair is needed they are always right on it day or night. I have always found Ann and Tony to be honest, attentive and striaght forward.
