Living out of the area, we are so happy we found Christina and the team at Sand to Sea Properties to assist us with the sale of our late mother’s home. We met with Christina, and were impressed with her knowledge and advice on how to proceed with the property.

She guided us on pros and cons on renting or selling, handling the estate as a trustee and many other questions we had as a family. Before listing, she went to the home and guided us on how best to show it and what we needed to do to get the highest price possible.

Because the home was vacant and we lived out of town, she made many trips to the home to let in contractors, crew, etc…. The offers came in quickly and, working with their escrow team, this house sale was the most seamless real estate transaction we’ve ever had.

Frank and his team at Sand To Seas are just amazing. Frank really goes out of his way to make sure that his clients are fully satisfied. When you rent through them they treat you as if your family. I highly recommend them to anyone I come across who is looking to rent or buy a house.

Also I can't forget Christina, she is simply amazing. She will go above and beyond for the client. I have had many phone calls where I called for one thing and it turned into a conversation about life, family's, and just what ever else while fully resolving the issue I had called for. I no longer rent through them, unfortunately, and I had called her to get some help and she gladly answered with a smile and helped put as much as she could.

We have been working with Frank and his team since 2016. They were referred to us by another military family, who used to them as property managers for their rental. As we were looking to turn our home into a rental, we sought them out. Frank is a stand up guy, served in the USMC, and that endeared him to us right away, as we are also a Marine Corps family.
