I live in Easton Pa; it would be nice to have someone answer phone calls at the front desk. I called about 10× today no answer. you are very nice people and I enjoy going to the food pantry. I do understand completely that you are busy with other things. It would be nice to hear another person on the other end of the phone saying Hello and Thank you for calling the Salvation Army. I had forgot my appointment today at 10 a.m. and no one has answered the telephones please work on having someone at the front desk to answer calls when they come in. I know and understnad to leave a message when no answers but in reality it can be a waste of time. Its Okay though everything happens for a reason I am upset about no answering the phone. I will continue working with the Salvation Army. I will be up shortly for my appointment for the food pantry and lunch.

My experience here has always been great! Everyone is so very friendly! You can get food if you need help and also they except donations of clothes and toys and they actually go to people who need the help rather than sitting in one of those drop boxes where stuff just sits!!

There is no thrift store here, even though it comes up as one on Google when you search for thrift stores in the area. It is just a community center.
I wish there was one here, it'd do very very well if there was....
