Sago does a great job managing properties... As to the person who left a 1 star review, you made a whole bunch of claims and provided not one shred of evidence to back them up. Personally I have had zero issues with Sago and intend to keep using them.

Terrible terrible terrible. Was living in a house with a barely functioning ac for 6 MONTHS before sago sent ppl out to fix it. After many many service requests we finally have ac but we are told not set the air at less than 72.

Of course the hvac man said it was working after they put insulation in the house…. These people are liars. I was in their property for six months before the ac worked. We had to PESTER THEM for them to come out and “find” the problem when they knew the problem all along bc their previous quote to fix the problem had already expired. Sago has done nothing except give me a headache. And now they won’t even help me get onto my resident portal so I can make a service request for our FLOODED closet.
