Safeguard properties are probably the most prompt and on it landlords I ever lived under in a property! Been super helpful before I became a tenant. Have been a tenant now for 3 years!

Over the phone, the receptionist was nice and professional. However, I spoke to Bob over the phone about a vacancy; he was curt and quite condescending. As such, I'll continue to seek other property management companies that are more reputable, rather than deal with this level of unprofessionalism.

Safeguard Properties saved my life! Well, not literally, but figuratively! My elderly parents owned six units in Long Beach, while I lived in Pasadena. My father could no longer take care of the units, so I had to manage them from Pasadena. That included preparing them for rental, finding tenants, collecting rent, handling problems, etc… . I had experience, but this was too far for me to manage after a couple of years. So, I hired Safeguard Properties to manage the units and was so happy with their services. Bob, Patti, Emilia, and Tammy were terrific. They were always very communicative and responsible. I never felt like they weren’t on top of their management duties. I should have hired them earlier. We have since sold the units, and Safeguard was very accommodating during the sale process. Yes, I heartily recommend Safeguard.

I rented a home with them as the managing agent for a home in Huntington Beach. They are outstanding to work with. Patty is simply the best. She knew me by name and always had a great sense of humor and I enjoyed everyone there and living at this house for about 8 years. They were always very responsive and quick when I had a problem with the home. They would have someone out right away and who they sent was always a professional at their craft. A plumber was a licensed plumber. Not Jimmy, the cousin of the owner, hack jobbing the place. I have no idea why anyone would have a problem or give them a negative review other than you being a problem tenant. I mean, you signed a contract to pay your rent on time and not be a problem. Seems easy to me. Follow the contract. No problems. Love and miss you guy's too.

Oh, and no, they did not pay me for this and none of them are family. Strictly my feelings as a tenant of theirs and that's all.

Patti and Bob at Safeguard Properties are the best property managers a person could hope for. They are always there when I need them for advice, guidance, and very flexible to work out any and all issue regarding my property. I have used them for about 10 years, with multiple properties, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, efficient, affordable management company 🙂

the receptionist was very rude and very unprofessional. I called to follow up on an application submitted and she answered with a nasty attitude. I emailed her twice and never received a response. What a waste of time. She will discriminate based on your race and profession. Very RACIST!!

Food was good great portions properly seasoned great price

service very slow. Sat down took 1 min took 4 min for drink order another 10 to bring drinks then ordered food that took a little faster. Came on saturday afternoon. Also, servers just hanging out in front of restaurant as if theres no break room. This looks really bad when you have people who are waiting for service but you have servers sitting talking and laughing amongst themselves.
