Ryn Longmaid saved my sanity. Not kidding! Her knowledge and guidance during my quest to purchase a restaurant literally saved me. First, Ryn knows what she is talking about. She has the background and the life experiences that form her professionalism. When I told her about my first restaurant purchase deal that fell through she focused on getting that deal back for me. When for no fault of our own that deal didn’t happen, we focused on my current restaurant which I now own. As a newbie to the restaurant scene, I relied heavily on her counsel. When we were headed for the finish line to close escrow on my restaurant, now named Roma’s (in San Francisco) it was revealed that the sellers had not kept their written agreement to keep the restaurant fully stocked.
