Unfortunately, we did not choose a home in this community; however, I wanted to command this young lady on an excellent job. We had the pleasure of working with Ofelia Franc and I cannot recommend her highly enough! From our very first meeting, she exuded warmth and professionalism, making the entire home-buying inquiring process feel seamless and enjoyable. I recently visited Edinburgh in Locust Grove, and had the pleasure of working with Ofelia. I can honestly say the experience was outstanding. Ofelia was incredibly professional, kind and knowledgable. What stood out the most was Ofelia's patience and willingness to answer all my questions—no matter how small—making the whole experience less stressful and more enjoyable. The community itself is peaceful, with wide streets, beautiful landscaping, and well-maintained common areas. It’s clear a lot of thought went into creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. If you're looking for a gem, visit this community, and ask for Ofelia!!!

Our house is still under construction phase.
It was Chris Carter who referred this Edinburg community to us . He is a great guy with customer centric attitude . Janeisha Fields was the sales representative who guided us through the whole process in buying our dream home .She never hesitated to answer any questions we had . She is extremely friendly and professional!!! Words don’t describe how happy we are with our new home purchase me and my wife are so excited to move to this community !!Project manager Mehrtash and production supervisor Sarah are other two wonderful people who are working hard to build our new house as per our needs and posted us the updates in a timely manner !!!

So I am in the process of purchasing my forever home and I must say the experience so far had been amazing. This is the 2nd home we've built, but the experience here supercede my expectations. It's an amazing experience getting to customize our home, speak with all the key players who is making it possible, getting the approval early on in the process and not have to worry about it down the line. Being able to just be apart of the total experience. Everyone is attentive and responds to all questions with detail to make it much easier to understand what is taking place at the moment. I must say I am impressed so far.

Based on our experience with Ryan's Homes, I would advise NO ONE put money down to hold a lot, if you are not absolutely POSITIVE this is exactly what will be best for you and your family. We were told by Nichole at the McDonough,GA locatin that if we changed our minds we could get our money back. Now she is telling us that we can NOT get our money back. We didnt even finish signing the papers. We are hard working individuals just trying to provide a home for our family, and we feel that we were lied to and taken advantage of and are now being scamed out of the money we put down to hold a lot. If this is what this company is about, why would we still want to do business with them. Now, If Nichole would have said, "there may be a chance you will not be able to get your money back", we would have not put the money down. But, that is NOT what she said. Ryan's Homes is gonna sell the lot any way, why not just give us back our $2,500? So, if we would have put $10k down we would have just be out of $10k. This is not how you treat potential future customers if you want to keep them. I hope this is read by everyone who thinks about going with this company so they don't get scamed out of their hard earned money like we did. I hope that $2,500 is worth potentially having future customers hesitate on going with your company because they are not trying to do business with a company who takes advantage of hard working families. How hard is it to simply be honest with your customers from the beginning?
