As I’m writing this review, I’m still in such awe! I went from answering a few questions from a QR code in the mail from Ryans Homes to scheduling a tour the very next day. Alicia Reckart is so amazing and was even more amazing throughout the whole process. I had zero knowledge of home buying but she patiently walked me through everything. The whole team is so accommodating and patient. I highly recommended Ryan’s Homes especially if it’s your first time.

just walking in and meeting Alicia I felt right at Home. Alicia was excited to meet us and had a very Happy positive attitude which was very refreshing. Alicia did not pressure us and allowed us to walk around and did help us with any questions we had. When we asked a Question Alicia was very knowledgeable and professional and answered all our Questions.
Alicia laid to rest all my concerns I had and worked very Hard after hours sometimes to make sure any problems that came up were resolved. Alicia made buying this home fun. I would Highly recommend Alicia to anyone buying a home.

My experience with Ryan Homes at Arden Woods has been nothing but spectacular. Alicia Reckart has been nothing but professional, polite and accommodating. She even showed me my Townhome on THANKSGIVING because I was from out of state!! She remained immediately accessible and helpful for every question on her days off too.

As an empty nester I’ve just found the perfect community and location with all the amenities to keep me young, healthy, and having fun. Because of Alicia Reckart and everyone at Ryan Homes I’ve never been so excited to start Phase 2 of my life.

I really like that the model you meet the staff in is exactly like the one you buy. There are 3 options of upgrade. And Logan Kinley whom I’m working with is professional and kind. I’m happy with the location. It’s close to a lot of different interests. Townhome is definitely the route I wanted to go but there’s a lot of houses too if that’s your preference. I highly recommend Ryan Homes Arden Wood Townhomes!
