I just wanna say Jose Arellano was the absolute best realtor to work with. He was able to help my partner and I find an amazing house within just 2 weeks talking and then 3 weeks waiting to finalize everything. He had patience for me and my 100 questions from the very beginning, which is why I decided to go with him. He has went so above and beyond for us, he got our landlord to let us go a month before our lease ended and he has just been amazing. It’s the perfect house for our family of 5. After we finished signing yesterday and got our keys, I immediately put our first item in the house. I chose a plant. ☺️ He will definitely be invited to our first bbq at the new house!!!

Our review is simple. Elizabeth Files and her team at Ryan Dobbs Realty are the best. We quickly realized how challenging it was to manage this task while living out of state and after only a few visits to Bakersfield, CA. We recognized the need for significant assistance and the importance of trusting someone to guide us through various challenges while purchasing a home during changing markets, especially while being in different time zones.
We had tons of questions and concerns, but Liz met and surpassed our expectations. Liz was able to find us the perfect home in a short amount of time and at the best price. Liz would contact us and communicate with us daily and keep us posted with options and pass on her knowledge about solar, HOAs, and property concerns of the different areas to try to meet our needs.
